150 km drive on Icefields parkway
* Long drive from Jasper to HI Rampart Creek
via Icefield park way.

Description: After a series of switchbacks you’ll be rewarded with dramatic views of the Saskatchewan Glacier – headwaters of the Saskatchewan River. Help maintain this fragile alpine ecosystem by staying on the trail.
As described, this is a short and good trail.
We could found a great view. One of my good time in Canada.

Wates-Gibson Hut, MT. Edith Cavell, Downtown, HI Athabasca Falls

* 7:00 Breakfast, bread, hum, cheese
* 8:00 20min/100m walk
climb up to see glaciers
requested by Y.
* return the trail
* Lunch at Astroria campsite
Sandwitch and nuts.
great view of the river under and massive mounts.
dry my wet shoes and socks.
* 14:30 Trail head MT. Edith Cavell
Satisified and had a relief of arrival without any trouble.
* Met agian with an Australia-Japanese couple. We saw them in a super in downtown.
* 15:00 Jasper HI.
SHower and rest
* 16:00 Downtown.
Hostel, shopping, check Avis.
Y went into his smartphone world.

Pork steak and pasta.
I got a bottle assuming it is beer but is a berry juice.
It is fine.
